Our mission is to provide consistent, quality janitorial services while still honoring the people-power that drives our business.
The commercial cleaning industry has evolved tremendously over the past 20 years. Technology has made both the cleaning and communication processes a lot easier and more efficient. But, the one thing that hasn’t changed is the need for people to perform the tasks.
There are three primary needs of facility managers:
- Quality, Dependable Service
- Active, On-going Communication
- Involved Personnel
Each of these three needs require what we like to refer to as “people-power.”
ImageOne is locally owned and operated — unlike many companies in our area who have a national presence that oftentimes lacks the people power of smaller cleaning companies. Our ‘people power’ is where we shine! We are committed to being in the relationship-building business… both within our company and in our community.
When it comes to cleaning, most people realize it takes more than a spray bottle, vacuum cleaner and mop to provide professional janitorial services. In today’s economy, we have seen hundreds of mom-and-pop businesses spring up. And the cleaning business seems to have attracted quite a few of those. Now, many of these folks have provided top-notch services to their clients. However, we have seen far more enter into this industry thinking it would be a walk in the park. Far from it! I can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard about cleaners not showing up because they were sick or had to go out of town at the last minute.
At ImageOne, we have a detailed recruitment and training system to ensure that our customers receive consistent, quality service each and every time. We require that our crews call us immediately if they are unable to provide services for any reason. In addition, we have stringent requirements for the proper tools coupled with a quality control system and training program that sets us apart as one of the top commercial cleaning providers in the Greater Orlando / Central Florida area.
“We are big enough to get the job done right, small enough to give you personal service.”
